  • Our current processing time is 1- 3 business days for items that are in stock. All other items including custom items processing time can take 3 - 14 days. Once shipped it takes approx. 3-5 business days to deliver in the USA. Most customers receive their order within a week.

    Import Taxes & Duties
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Super Capes and Tutus is not responsible for delays due to customs.


    All Pre-Order items will be shipped at the given time frame in each description and/or pop up. If there are any delays you will be notified via email. All orders containing PRE-ORDER & in-stock items will ship during the pre- order time frame. If you need in stock items urgently please place a separate order.


    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
    • We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused or insufficient address.
    • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
