Returns

What items are returnable?

  • Customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment 
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

 What items are non-refundable?

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Holiday Items
    • Items marked Final Sale/All Items in Clearance
    • Personalized/Customized Items

    Damaged items MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods to info@supercapesandtutus.com

    We do not accept exchanges
    If you would like to exchange a item for a different color, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt.

           We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort

How do I return?
  • Email us at info@supercapesandtutus.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will let you know if the item is returnable and how to return it.

 How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are issued on merchandise only. If the merchandise was shipped, the shipping cost is not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
