This beautiful Under the Sea Mermaid Inspired Tutu Dress is made with Green tulle, purple tutu top with starfish, turquoise bow and red tulle straps. The Top is a unlined crochet tutu top. Simply elegant for your sweet little princess.

4-5 Toddler: (Skirt Length)12" (Waist Measurement)20-22"
6/7 Child: (Skirt Length)12" (Waist Measurement)22"-24"
